羊毛衫等針織品經(jīng)過輕度縮絨后，其毛纖維的根部在紗線內(nèi)產(chǎn)生氈化，纖維之間相互糾纏，因此增強了纖維之間的摩擦系數(shù)，使纖維在遭受摩擦?xí)r不易從紗線中滑出，進而使羊毛衫等織物的起球現(xiàn)象得以減少。目前，一般對精紡羊毛衫等織物通過輕度縮絨以提高其抗起球效果。其工藝流程為：毛衫浸潤-輕度縮絨-清洗-脫水-烘干。

樹脂是各種各樣的聚合物，利用樹脂在纖維表面交鏈網(wǎng)狀成膜的功能，使纖維表面包裹一層的樹脂膜，此樹脂膜使纖維的滑移減弱;同時，樹指均勻地交鏈凝聚在紗線的表層，使纖維端粘附于紗線上，摩擦?xí)r不易起球，因而可地提高羊毛衫的抗起球性。
